Job summary

You will guide end-users to optimize Epic usage, resolve issues, and contribute to small-to-medium projects while updating stakeholders on progress. Strong customer service, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
