Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker administrator responsible for configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design systems, and resolve problems to support workflow across Epic environments.

You will provide end-user guidance, maintain documentation and training materials, and manage small to mid-size projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Beaker knowledge across modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform business/systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation, system design, and problem resolution.
• Plan, design/build/test/implement and support Epic needs across environments.
• Provide end-user guidance and maintain training materials; update stakeholders on progress.
