Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker specialist responsible for configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, and document designs for effective workflows.

Responsibilities include planning, building, testing, implementing and supporting Epic software; you will analyze workflows, maintain environments, create documentation and training materials, and guide end-users to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker application(s).
• Perform business and systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation, system design, and problem resolution.
• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Perform workflow analysis and maintain environments or applications using domain knowledge.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials for implementation.
