Job summary

Highmark Health seeks an Epic Beaker specialist to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and support problem resolution to ensure standardized workflows across Epic environments.

You will perform workflow analyses, create and maintain documentation and training materials, and guide end users to maximize Epic usability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements.
• Design, build, test, implement, and support Epic needs.
• Provide end-user guidance and training materials.
• Lead small to mid-size projects and update stakeholders regularly.
• Conduct root cause analysis for issues.
