Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker configurations specialist to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker application(s). You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, and document system designs to ensure standardized, efficient workflows.

You will guide end-users, resolve issues, and contribute to small to medium projects while keeping stakeholders informed on progress. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with Epic Certification within 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years' systems administration in one or more Epic modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform business/systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation.
• Design, test, implement, and support Epic workflows.
• Provide end-user guidance and resolve system issues.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
