Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analyses.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to enable standardized workflows.
• Provides user guidance and resolves end-user issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Conducts root cause analysis and documents solutions.
