Job summary

enGen seeks an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues with end-users.

The role requires 3 years of Epic module administration and Epic Certification within 6 months. Healthcare experience is preferred. This is a remote-based role with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute for degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months (required).
• Beaker (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements; documents workflow; supports environments; creates training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; fixes issues; trains end-users.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; keeps stakeholders updated on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root-cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
