Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business/system analysis, define requirements, design system workflows, and resolve end-user issues across Epic environments.

You will engage in problem-solving, documentation, and training materials to support deployment and user adoption. Remote-based role with opportunities to coordinate across healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analyses; supports environments or applications.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and resolves end-user issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
