Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business analysis, requirements definition, documentation, and problem resolution, communicating with end users to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities include designing workflows, providing training materials, and guiding end-users. Requires 3 years of Epic administration experience and Epic Certification within 6 months; remote-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Analyze requirements, document designs, and support end-users.
• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and maintain Epic workflows and changes.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
• Perform root cause analysis and document solutions.
