Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker systems administrator to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, and document solutions while collaborating with end-users to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and supporting Epic workflows, documenting processes, and managing small to medium projects. Remote-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Strong understanding of Epic Beaker configurations and workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analyses and trainings.
• Configures Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root-cause analysis to resolve issues and documents findings.
