Advocate Health is seeking an Epic Analyst to map, analyze and improve clinical and business processes across Epic applications. The role involves workflow analysis, requirement documentation, and system configuration to meet needs.

You will develop test plans, conduct testing, and create user training materials. Travel is minimal and you’ll collaborate with clinicians, IT staff and vendors to deliver reliable Epic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically 3 years in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, requirements elicitation and testing.
• Experience with Epic and other healthcare applications.

Responsabilités

• Map, measure, analyze, and improve clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes using industry standards.
• Prepare business requirements using diagrams, data flow diagrams, data models and object models.
