Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a dedicated Epic Applications Analyst to drive workflow analysis, design specifications, and system configuration for the Epic Ambulatory platform. You will collaborate with clinical and IT teams, translate user needs into technical design, and support end-user training and testing.

The role is fully remote with on-call rotations; requires Epic certifications within 6 months and a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Ambulatory or similar healthcare applications.
• Proj mgmt skills and ability to document requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and change management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Epic and related workflows, map processes and identify improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and prioritise by business need.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements and test thoroughly.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades and support.
• Communicate status and potential downtimes to clinic users.
