Advocate Health is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to work remotely in a comprehensive role supporting Epic clinical and business applications. The position involves collaborating with users and leadership to refine procedures and ensure effective use of Epic modules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, 1 year of experience with automated systems, and Epic certification within 6 months. On-call duties and on-site travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field.
• 1 year of experience in automated laboratory and/or business systems.
• EPIC certification within 6 months (and annual education requirements).

Responsibilities

• Develops/modifies procedures for Epic applications; explains functionality to users.
• Assist with user requests prioritization and impact analysis.
• Document workflows, specs, and user manuals; complete change/quality control documentation.
