Job summary

Washington Regional is seeking an Applications Analyst – Epic Ambulatory to provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Epic Ambulatory workflows in a largely remote role with onsite presence as needed. The role partners with clinic leadership, providers, and ITS teams to ensure reliable outpatient documentation, orders, referrals, medication management, and charging processes.

The ideal candidate will have Epic Ambulatory certification and 4–6 years of clinical applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical license required.
• Epic Ambulatory certification required or preferred.
• Experience: 4–6 years in clinical applications supporting Epic Ambulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic Ambulatory functionality and workflows.
• Lead stakeholder teams to develop enhancements and optimization initiatives.
• Oversee design, build, configuration, maintenance, and validation of Epic Ambulatory.
• Plan and execute comprehensive testing (regression, unit, system, integration, UAT).
