Job summary
Advocate Health is seeking a qualified Epic Application Analyst for its 12278 Enterprise Corporate - Revenue Cycle Applications team. This full-time, remote role supports Epic clinical and business applications across multiple states, including North Carolina.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and about 1 year in automated systems, with strong documentation and testing responsibilities. Hours are 40 per week, dayshift, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent in Computer Science or related field).
- Typically 1 year of experience in automated laboratory and/or business systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of large-scale automated systems.
- Ability to translate user requirements into system specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop or modify procedures for Epic clinical and business applications.
- Explain functionalities to users and assist with full application usage.
- Prepare inputs for requirements, flowcharts and test definitions.
- Participate in testing, training and project tracking for Epic areas.
- Maintain documentation and change control artifacts.
