Job summary

St. Charles Health System seeks a Certified Epic Analyst II to lead the lifecycle of Epic EHR applications across hospitals and clinics. You will plan, design, test, and deploy Epic modules while aligning with lean workflows and patient care needs.

Required: Epic certification in 1 module, 4+ years total experience (2+ as Epic Analyst), plus experience with hospital and ambulatory systems. Remote work is allowed from approved states; travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in 1 application and training if not certified.
• Minimum of four years paid experience; two years as an Epic Analyst.
• Experience with hospital-based and ambulatory clinic applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lifecycle for Epic applications, maximizing business value.
• Lead testing, deployment and governance activities for Epic modules.
• Collaborate with caregivers and vendors to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Develop system documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
