• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops or modifies procedures related to Epic applications and explains functionality to users.
• Helps set priorities for user requests and conducts impact analysis.
• Documents workflows, procedures, and change controls following department standards.
• Participates in testing, training, and results evaluation for Epic areas.
• Monitors post-implementation issues and communicates patterns to leadership.
• Maintains product documentation and coordinates application upgrades.
