Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years in IT or clinical environment with process mapping, requirements gathering, and testing.
• EPIC certification within 6 months and ongoing education.

Responsabilités

• Designs and develops solutions to moderate to complex business needs and coordinates new functionality with IT staff.
• Supports multiple projects and provides training as needed.
• Acts as liaison between clinical/business units and IT to align with strategic direction and ensure consistency across applications.
• Ensures system availability and data integrity across applications and performs analysis, testing, and documentation.
