Advocate Health is seeking an Epic-focused analyst to map, analyze and improve revenue cycle processes across multiple Epic applications. You will translate user needs into technical designs, configure systems, and develop test plans while training end users and documenting workflows.

The role requires governance of change control, strong communication with clinicians and IT staff, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment.

Formación

• Experience with Epic and other Healthcare applications.
• Project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements using diagrams and data models.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
• Perform system configuration to meet business needs.
• Develop test plans and validate performance through testing cycles.
• Provide training materials and end-user training as appropriate.
• Monitor system functionality and drive necessary changes.
• Explain application functionality to users and support teams.
• Create and maintain product documentation and change controls.
• Communicate project status and upgrades to users and manage multiple requests.
