Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for PV solar projects nationwide. The role is fully remote, with travel to jobsites in the region as needed.

You will use P6 to build schedules, analyze documents, perform quantity take-offs, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction Management/Architectural degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience.
• Experience scheduling for HV, Substations, or other electrical projects.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is highly desired.
• Experience using P6 software is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Use P6 software to develop and maintain EPC project schedules.
• Assist in planning the project by analyzing documents, designs, contracts to form the schedule.
• Perform basic quantity take-offs to establish activity durations and maintain files.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM and field management for feedback.
• Attend project meetings to understand issues and track updates.
• Update schedule at least twice a month and monitor critical path.
• Train field personnel in scheduling procedures and mentor junior schedulers.
• Visit jobsites as needed to support scheduling activities.
