Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain EPC schedules for PV solar projects nationwide. The role is fully remote, with travel to regional jobsites as needed to lead scheduling efforts in the assigned region.

Responsibilities include using P6 to create schedules, analyzing project documents, performing quantity take-offs, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience.
• Experience scheduling for HV/substation or electrical projects.
• Prior EPC scheduling experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EPC schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form EPC schedule baselines.
• Perform quantity take-offs to estimate durations and maintain files.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM and field teams.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve schedule accuracy.
• Ensure realistic durations via CPM best practices.
• Attend project meetings and prepare schedule updates and reports.
• Visit jobsites as needed and update schedules bi-monthly.
