Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for PV solar projects nationwide. The role requires travel to regional jobsites and coordination with multiple business units, while operating within a fully remote framework.

You will use P6 to create and manage schedules, perform basic quantity take-offs, analyze project documents, and maintain delay logs.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience
• Experience scheduling for construction projects, HV, Substations or electrical features
• Prior EPC scheduling experience is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Use P6 to develop and maintain EPC project schedules.
• Plan projects by analyzing documents, drawings, contracts and exhibits.
• Perform basic quantity take-offs to establish durations and maintain files.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM and field management teams.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve schedule accuracy.
• Ensure sound CPM logic and realistic durations.
• Attend project meetings and provide schedule updates.
• Update schedule at least twice a month and communicate updates to team.
• Maintain delay logs and record weather delays using NOAA data.
• Train field personnel in scheduling procedures and support PEs, APMs.
• Visit jobsites to support scheduling activities.
• Prepare as-built schedules reflecting actual conditions.
• Maintain SOLV P6 database with project codes and status comments.
