Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team and support customer-focused objectives. The role covers design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor apps, with citizen development opportunities.

You will work with IT analysts and business users to translate requirements and ensure business needs are met, including after-hours support and documentation of processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working technical knowledge of network, PC, Windows OS, databases, process automation, and Agile methodology.
• Familiar with data privacy practices incl. HIPAA, SSAE16 and URAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative automated approaches to business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other team members.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
• Develop within the Power Platform with RPA and bot development expertise preferred.
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms.
• Develop within Dynamics 365 CRM Platform.
• Develop administration within data movement tools like SmartConnect.
• Other duties as assigned.
