Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT team. The role focuses on development support, design, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor apps used at Navitus.

It emphasizes citizen development within the applications framework and collaboration with IT Analysts and business users to meet requirements. The position requires an Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 1+ year of relevant work

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
Knowledge of programming and system analysis principles.
Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
Familiar with data privacy practices (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).

Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
Work independently to understand and document business needs.
Coordinate with functional teams to ensure optimal application operations.
Support change control and testing for modifications to systems.
Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
Provide after-hours support when needed.
Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint) and Power Platform.
Work with Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms and Dynamics CRM.
