Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT Enterprise Services team in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor applications used at Navitus.

The position also drives citizen development within the applications framework and collaborates with IT Analysts and business users to refine requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with enterprise systems or CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile project methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs.
• Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
• Develop within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferred.
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms
• Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
• Develop within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
• Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
• Other duties as assigned
