Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT Enterprise Services team. This role supports development, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor applications.

You will drive citizen development within the applications framework and work with IT Analysts and business users to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working technical knowledge of Windows, databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology.
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Familiarity with data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing for modifications to application systems.
• Research and propose automated approaches to business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop on Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot).
• Develop on Microsoft Power Platform with RPA and complex bot development for revenue workflows.
