Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT Enterprise Services team. This role supports development, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor applications, driving citizen development where applicable.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year of relevant experience, and knowledge of structured programming, system analysis, and agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience required.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC) and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms (Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot) and Power Platform with RPA experience preferred.
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms, Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP, and Dynamics (D365) CRM.
