Navitus Health Solutions is hiring a Developer I, Application Systems to support customer-focused IT initiatives. The role involves development, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems.

You will work with IT Analysts and business users to translate requirements into effective solutions, including citizen development within the Microsoft ecosystem and various ERP/CRM platforms.”

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of network, PC, Windows OS, and databases (MS/Oracle).
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing for modifications to applications.
• Research and recommend automated approaches to business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to teammates.
