Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Developer I, Application Systems to support development, design and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems. You will work with IT Analysts and business users to translate requirements into reliable solutions within a Microsoft SaaS ecosystem and ERP platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, documentation, and collaboration with multiple teams to improve operations and automate revenue-related workflows where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages and design principles.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, databases, data privacy practices and Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams for optimal application development.
• Support change control and testing for modifications to systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide after-hours support and cross-team assistance.
