Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our IT Enterprise Services team in support of customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision.

You will contribute to development, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes across enterprise systems and vendor applications, with emphasis on citizen development and collaboration with IT Analysts and business users.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working technical knowledge of networks, PCs, Windows OS, databases, process automation, and Agile.
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws (SSAE16, HIPAA, URAC).
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operation of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs.
• Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale.
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates.
• Provide after-hours support.
• Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
• Develop within Power Platform with RPA and bot development experience.
• Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Develop within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms.
• Develop within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform.
• Develop Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect.
• Other duties as assigned.
