Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Development I, Application Systems to join our IT team. This role aligns with IT Enterprise Services to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision, delivering innovative ideas and services to simplify people’s lives.

The position involves development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within enterprise systems and vendor applications, with a focus on citizen development and collaborating with business users to

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
1+ year relevant work experience is preferred.
Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design principles.
Hands‑on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
Working knowledge of network, PC, Windows OS, databases, process automation, and Agile.
Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws including SSAE16, HIPAA, and URAC.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
Work independently to understand and document business needs.
Collaborate with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes.
Provide backup administration support to other team members.
Provide after-hours support.
Develop within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot.
Develop within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on RPA development and bot automation.
Develop within Atlassian SaaS platforms, Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP, Dynamics (D365) CRM.
Development Administration within data movement tools like SmartConnect.
