Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Project Manager to guide large, strategic programs that cross multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You will drive governance, risk management, and executive alignment while mentoring other project managers and elevating PMO delivery capabilities.

You will collaborate with business and operational leaders to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value, align with enterprise priorities, and achieve targeted outcomes. Remote role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with governance and risk management.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executive reporting.

Responsibilities
