Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Project Manager to guide large, complex programs spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

You will drive governance, risk management, and executive alignment while mentoring PMOs to elevate overall delivery capabilities. You will partner with senior leaders to secure commitment, ensure operational readiness, and translate strategy into executable plans, delivering value and supporting Humana’s enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience, including direct leadership of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority across stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs with governance, risk management, and executive communications.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including presenting to senior leaders.
