Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Enterprise Account Technical Lead (ATL) to partner with the Enterprise Account Executive and drive revenue through managing the technical relationship and strategy for the account. This full-time remote role is US-based and reports to the Sr Manager of Technical Solutions, Enterprise.

The ATL will lead technical account strategy, align customer goals with Autodesk’s vision, and collaborate with sales, customer success, consulting, and marketing to position Autodesk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related industry.
• 5–10 years of practical manufacturing industry experience.
• Demonstrated skills in project design lifecycle, coordination and estimation workflow.

Responsibilities

• Technical Account Plan Development and Management: in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives develop technical account plan and executes on strategy for closing business.
• Customer Relationship Management: build trusted advisor relationships by understanding customers’ business processes, workflows, and technical needs.
• Technical Discovery & Solution Fit: manage discovery and formulate requirements, scope documents, user studies and assessments.
• Customer Technical Closure: align with customer teams to close the proposed solution and oversee evaluations, demos, and pilots.
• Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to acquire talent/resources for opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Internal Leadership: share best practices and knowledge across Autodesk and partner teams.
