Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solution Enablement Lead based in the United States. You will design and lead technical training programs for internal field teams and external partners to enable successful enterprise software implementations.

Collaborating with engineering, product, professional services, and instructional design teams, you will translate complex product capabilities into practical learning paths, labs, and certifications, while driving partner readiness and deployment quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or technical enablement in enterprise SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data flows, security principles, system architecture.
• Experience developing technical learning materials, enablement programs, or readiness initiatives for internal teams or external partners.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and systems integrators to support consistent delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define technical competency requirements for solution roles in collaboration with engineering and instructional design teams.
• Lead enablement programs for solution launches, deployments, and adoption, including blueprints and environments.
• Translate product capabilities into structured learning journeys and certification programs.
• Design hands-on labs, bootcamps, workshops, and certification activities for internal and external learners.
• Build and maintain a central library of reference architectures, integration guidance, and FAQs.
• Develop onboarding programs for systems integrators and delivery partners to ensure consistent standards.
• Gather feedback on challenges and trends and communicate to engineering and product teams.
• Coordinate with learning platforms to align training with learning journeys and LMS access.
• Participate in solution design engagements to keep training materials practical.
• Measure enablement effectiveness via certifications, time-to-productivity, and partner performance.
