Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Manager, Change and Enablement Management to lead change across enterprise technology implementations and business transformations. You’ll shape strategy, engage stakeholders, and steer learning and content development.

You’ll design enablement programs, measure readiness and adoption, and coach a team of change leads and instructional designers. A blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored change and enablement strategies.
• Lead change and enablement workstreams with integrated plans.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Communicate the vision, objectives, and progress of transformation initiatives.
• Translate business processes into scalable learning experiences.
• Monitor readiness, learning effectiveness, adoption metrics, and time-to-proficiency.
• Establish content standards and governance for learning materials.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve learning speed and quality.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Change Management Leads and contractors.
• Forecast staffing and balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement and adapt strategies to evolving priorities.
