Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Product & Solutions Architect to design blended learning strategies for high-value B2B and B2G customers, provide consultative product expertise to the sales process, and contribute to discovery, development, and delivery of scalable education products.

This remote US role emphasizes pre-sales support, design calls, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing discovery to align offerings with client objectives and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or consulting or client-facing roles.
• Strong ability to navigate cross-functional conversations across Tech/Data.
• Experience in selling sophisticated solutions in pre-sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design calls guiding clients through program content and instructional design rationale.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Ops, and Client Services to align goals and improve solutions.
• Respond to RFPs with best offering to win the deal and drive revenue.
• Identify SMEs to support sales conversations and tailor solutions to client needs.
