Abbott is seeking a Diabetes Sales Specialist for a remote role in the United States. You will meet or exceed quotas for ADC Products, collaborate with Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care teams, and build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists to support patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years previous experience with commendable sales track record from previous positions preferably in health care industry.
• Excellent communication skills, high energy, integrity and ambition to succeed.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for ADC Products.
• Collaborate with various channels, Managed Care, Retail, and Point of Care representatives.
• Establish strong relationships with a broad base of internal and external health care constituents (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, CDEs, etc.).
• Act in a friendly, respectful, adaptive manner while focusing on the needs and interests of others.
• Keep current on internal and competitive products and positioning using diverse resources.
• Understand and convey information professionally and accurately.
• Plan for short- and long-term results with goals, actions, time frames and resources.
• Keep current with market trends and competitor strategy.
• Engage in sales-focused activities and tailor approaches to meet customer needs.
• Develop and implement territory/account/call plans with clear goals and timelines.
