Job summary
Instinct Science is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote role. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive complex enterprise opportunities, bringing deep product expertise and business acumen to support the full sales lifecycle from discovery through implementation.
As a member of the sales organization, you will lead high-impact demonstrations, translate customer needs into tailored proposals, and mentor less-experienced teammates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or related pre-sales roles.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Veterinary industry experience.
- Strong presentation and storytelling ability, with a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to drive complex opportunities from discovery to close.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, and in-depth product demonstrations for enterprise customers.
- Translate customer challenges into tailored solution proposals.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and demo narratives.
- Work with Product to relay field insights and influence roadmap priorities.
- Train new hires and maintain demo environments.
