Job summary

Instinct Science is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a fully remote role, driving product adoption, engagement, and retention across our veterinary technology portfolio. You will translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions and customer-facing narratives, partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful feature launches.

We require 3+ years in Product Marketing for SaaS, ai familiarity, and strong written and interpersonal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Marketing Management experience in SaaS/Cloud software.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.
• Customer-first mindset, empathizing with customers’ problems and use cases.
• Working familiarity with AI in marketing contexts.
• Creative problem solving, comfort with ambiguity, and handling multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and execution for new products and features.
• Run cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success.
• Set priorities across a large portfolio and align teams with go-to-market goals.
• Own internal launch readiness and enablement for customer-facing teams.
• Craft compelling, benefit-driven messaging and maintain brand voice.
• Analyze competitors to inform differentiation and opportunities.
• Engage with veterinary customers to feed insights back to Product and Marketing.
• Provide sales with tools, guides, and competitive analyses.
• Host training sessions and webinars on product updates.
• Scale product marketing with repeatable processes as the portfolio grows.
