IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide deep product and technical credibility for the IDEXX Veterinary Software PIMS portfolio, acting as a force multiplier for Veterinary Software Sales Professionals.

You will design tailored product demonstrations, map features to customer pain points, lead proof-of-value sessions and integration discussions, and collaborate with sales partners to ensure a comprehensive technical handoff at deal close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Vet Tech or related field.
• 5+ years in sales engineering, solution consulting, or pre-sales in SaaS or veterinary tech.
• Proven hands-on expertise with PIMS systems and related platforms.
• Deep understanding of veterinary practice workflows and practice economics.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, SaaS architecture, integration patterns and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations based on customer pain points.
• Demonstrate ezyVet, Neo, Cornerstone and related solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Manage technical questions and objections with a consultative approach.
• Assess technical requirements including workflows, integrations and data migration.
• Lead validation activities such as PoV sessions, solution workshops, and integrations.
• Develop solution architectures and migration plans for smooth implementations.
• Collaborate with sales partners on account strategy and hand off at deal close.
