Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a skilled Support Engineer to work remotely on a contract basis. You will serve as a technical resource for the Customer Experience team, owning onboarding, decommissioning, data migrations, and platform-level ticket resolution with autonomy.

Work closely with CX and Success/Implementation teams, document processes, and help reduce ticket volume through tooling and runbooks. A background check is required due to production access.

Qualifications

• Must have AWS: verify env changes and smoke tests; core services like RDS, S3, EC2, ECS.
• Git / GitHub: create, review, merge PRs in onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Strong English communication: clear written/verbal, lead customer calls, draft docs.
• Security hygiene: basic data privacy, least-privilege access, secure handling.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Intercom, Front, or equivalent).
• Nice to have Terraform for IaC, Kubernetes for container ops, Helm for Kubernetes apps deployment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers: provisioning, configuration, integration setup, data imports.
• Offboard customers: data exports, environment teardown, access revocation, closure docs.
• Data migrations: transform and validate data across systems; occasional customer calls.
• Resolve CX escalated tickets: triage, prioritize, fix environment/config issues.
• Partner with Customer Success/Implementation managers to communicate outcomes clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, runbooks, and configurations.
• Analyze recurring CX tickets to drive tooling, automation, or docs improvements.
• Adapt to new tasks and priorities as needs evolve.
