Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, EMEA Channel, to drive expansion into the enterprise market. This is a builder role—shape engagement with complex accounts, scale technical wins, and define pre-sales excellence.

You’ll own the full technical sales cycle and work with AEs to influence deal strategy for real-world impact. This remote UK-friendly role requires ~50% travel and offers the chance to create playbooks, tools, and repeatable processes that scale our enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales engineering or similar enterprise B2B SaaS role.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise IT operations and ITSM-adjacent platforms.
• Background as TAM/Support/Systems engineer with scale experience.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for Enterprise Partners, Channel, MSPs, and Customers.
• Demonstrations, architecture design, and key customer engagements to drive deal success.
• Represent NinjaOne at enterprise events, conferences, and customer forums.
• Support RFP/RFI content review without owning full proposals.
• Partner with Training and Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and adoption.
• Act as a strategic voice between Sales and Product to surface feedback and influence roadmap.
• Build and maintain reusable technical assets to support a scalable AE-to-SE model.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align technical value with business goals.
• Help shape the Enterprise SE function with playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment.
