NetApp is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor across a diverse enterprise territory, partnering closely with two Enterprise Client Executives to develop account strategy and drive successful customer engagements.

You will balance technical breadth with commercial awareness, supporting a broad portfolio of enterprise customers, navigating multiple opportunities, and helping customers modernize data infrastructure by aligning technology to business

Qualifications

7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related enterprise tech fields.
Proven success supporting large enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers through complex cycles.
Experience with storage, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and data-center infra.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI.

Responsibilities

Partner with two Enterprise Client Executives to develop territory strategy and execute engagements.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover business initiatives and modernization opportunities.
Design and position solutions across NetApp portfolio aligned to business outcomes.
Support multiple enterprise customers, balancing existing accounts with new opportunities.
Build relationships with enterprise architects and technical decision-makers.
Identify protect-and-expand opportunities and new workloads within accounts.
Deliver demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with channel partners to accelerate customer success.
