Job summary

This enterprise Solutions Engineer role will partner with account teams to assess customer data center environments and design infrastructure solutions that support business goals. The position blends solution design, sales enablement, and pipeline strategy to drive adoption of IT infrastructure offerings.

Remote in the United States; requires 3-5 years in a similar role, strong data center and hybrid cloud knowledge, and experience with Dell Technologies, NetApp, HPE, Cisco, and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructures, including hybrid cloud and software-defined data centers.
• Expertise in technologies such as Dell Technologies, NetApp, HPE, Cisco, and AWS.
• Intermediate experience in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer data center environments
• Design tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with customers' business goals
• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners
• Train sales teams and customers on product technicalities
• Act as a trusted IT advisor and partner with Field Account Executives
• Manage the solution practice pipeline to strategize top prospects
• Identify technology opportunities across Data Center and Cloud spaces
