Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking an Enterprise Technical Solutions Engineer to provide technical guidance through the sales process. This remote role is based in the U.S. (west or east coast preferred) and sits within Worldwide Field Operations Solution Engineering.

You will collaborate with sales teams, act as a technical resource for presales, respond to complex SERs in Salesforce, and develop integrations and proofs of concepts to demonstrate Smartsheet capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a related SaaS/enterprise software role.
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales/presales to develop value-focused solution proposals.
• Serve as a technical resource for presales and customers, including API integrations and identity management.
• Build proofs of concepts and solution diagrams to illustrate architecture.
