Hidden Jobs seeks a field-based pre-sales engineer to partner with territory account executives and expand a cloud-based security platform into large enterprise and SLED accounts. The role is anchored in the Northeastern U.S. and centers on translating complex capabilities into clear value for buyers from CIOs to security directors.

The position requires travel >50% (domestic and international) and a strong foundation in cloud, IoT, Linux, and security systems.

Qualifications

3+ years as a Sales Engineer with Fortune 500-sized organizations.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or security discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as subject-matter authority on the full product portfolio and articulate value across the sales cycle.
Overcome technical objections and secure the technical win on competitive evaluations.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to audiences from CIOs to IT directors.
Educate and enable partners, customers, and internal teams on product capabilities and differentiators.
Partner with account executives to design deployment architectures and assist with proof-of-concept work.
Travel more than 50% of the time (domestic and international) to support engagements.
