Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre-Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer.

This customer-facing role provides consultative technical support to customers and internal sales teams, focusing on designing and articulating cybersecurity solutions that align with business objectives across modern enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate combines deep security expertise with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity, pre‑sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Experience securing enterprise cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ability to translate security concepts into business value.
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS, HITRUST frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and security needs.
• Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps and risks.
• Design secure cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop solution proposals and technical documentation for customers.
• Present security options to technical and executive audiences.
• Support product demonstrations, PoCs, and briefings.
• Collaborate with partners to validate proposed solutions.
• Assist with pre‑sales efforts and enable internal teams.
