Henry Schein One is seeking a Sr Director of Partnerships to lead the channel partnerships organization across the dental consultant ecosystem, key imaging and AI technology partners, and referral sources. You will own the multi-year strategy, manage a growing team, and drive revenue growth with executive visibility.

The role is remote within the United States with up to 25% travel and requires a track record of building scalable partnership programs, negotiating agreements, and delivering

Competenze

• Typically 12+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity in related professional experience; 7+ years of management experience
• Direct experience with the dental consultant ecosystem and knowledge of consultants
• Familiarity with the dental landscape and PMS ecosystems
• Track record building and managing channel or referral programs with measurable pipeline
• Experience leading and scaling a team or function
• Experience negotiating and structuring partnership agreements with Legal and Strategy
• Strong data fluency and ability to own a lead-flow dashboard or pipeline report
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet consultants, practices, and partners
• Experience in a dental tech company in partnerships/BD
• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline

• Own and evolve the overall channel partnership strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Build, lead, and develop the channel partnerships organization
• Own the function's budget and revenue targets; report to executive leadership
• Represent the channel partnerships function in cross-functional and executive forums
• Identify, recruit, and formalize relationships with independent dental consultants
• Build a structured referral program with agreements and enablement materials
• Maintain engagement with the consultant network through training and updates
• Own consultant-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
• Bring in new partners and oversee lead flow and joint GTM for partners
• Serve as primary partner operations contact and resolve lead-routing issues
• Own annual revenue targets for the technology partner portfolio
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities in imaging and AI
• Lead or co-lead commercial discussions with prospective partners
• Define investment case and budget for new partnership initiatives
• Help define standard partnership frameworks for faster deals
• Travel to meet consultants, practices, and partners as needed
