Henry Schein One is seeking a Sr Director of Partnerships to lead the dental channel strategy, build a scalable partner network, and drive revenue growth. You will own the team, operating model, and multi-year go-to-market plan, collaborating with Strategy, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to turn partnerships into measurable enterprise value.

The role requires deep experience in dental partnerships, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and revenue targets across national scope.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 12+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity; 7+ years of management experience.
• Direct, hands-on experience with the dental consultant ecosystem and influential independent consultants.
• Familiarity with the dental landscape and PMS ecosystems.
• Proven track record building, leading, and scaling channel or referral programs with measurable pipeline.
• Experience negotiating and structuring partnership agreements with Legal and Strategy.
• Strong data fluency; able to own lead-flow dashboards, partner scorecards, and pipeline reports.

• Own and evolve the overall channel partnership strategy and multi-year roadmap for growth.
• Build, lead, and develop the channel partnerships organization with clear goals and performance standards.
• Own budgets, revenue targets, and report ROI and enterprise growth to executive leadership.
• Represent the channel function in cross-functional and executive forums with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal.
• Develop dental consultant channel development and a structured referral program with enablement materials.
• Lead or co-lead commercial discussions with prospective partners and oversee contract structuring in collaboration with BD and Legal.
